Do you Skip Breakfast?
It’s been ages since i have had something called breakfast. The first half of the month im working in the morning shift from 8am to till work ends(10+ hours) and the other half from 10am to 8.30PM. The First half of the month i come early to office and i have monitoring work to do, it’s hard for me to have breakfast and the rest half of the month im lazy to get up early and go have breakfast.
Are you like me? Then BEWARE!! Researchers in America suggest that you could go FAT! Yes my dear FAT! MOTTA!
According to an article i found in Doctor NDTV Teenagers who regularly eat breakfast tend to weigh less, exercise more and eat a more healthy diet than those who skip breakfast. They were much more physically active and had a better diet, comprising a lower fat intake, lower cholesterol intake and higher fibre intake.
Well reading this I headed straight to cafeteria and had some breakfast!! hehe! Never Skip your breakfast People!! it’s the most important meal in your entire day!!
