The best city to live in should be where you can get everything you need without any hassle. And please I believe every other small city out side TAMIL NADU is good to live.

It would be nice to show the criteria on selecting best cities to live.
It is best to live Trivandrum even though very difficult to get good food like vegetables and simple and healthy meals(=without masalas). I was able to live comfortably because I could spend huge money to get good vegetables and healthy fruits and other essentials like non Kerala rice etc, One of the good reasons is it is not much polluted like popular cities & towns. It is very less populated and very difficult to settle for non Keralites except Tamilians. Once you have right job and having less family relations, it may be good for any Indian or other. It has got very less commuting facility to cities in other states except for a few cities in Tamilnadu.
