The Great Indian Spam!

India has done it. We have made it to the Top 15 List of Spam generating nations of the world. We Stand at 14 in the Top 15 list.
“The low ranking is no solace as the country is churning out nearly 10 per cent of the worldwide spam clogging inboxes of 1.2 billion e-mail users in the world.”
To add to this the Indian Government on Monday said that as much as 76 per cent of e-mails originating from India are spam mails, although the country accounts for only one per cent when compared with top 25 spam-producing nations.
Experts estimated that the USA generates 34.2% of spam and viruses, followed by China - 31% and Russia - 9.5%.

- India (Im sure as more and more people start using internet in India we would simply shoot up this list)
