Gary Kristen, New Indian cricket Team Coach?
It seems like India will have a new cricket coach and that too from South Africa. If speculations are true then former South Africa batsman Gary Kirsten has emerged as the front-runner to be appointed as the next coach of India’s national cricket team.
The former South African opener was interviewed in the capital by the Coach Selection Committee – comprising former captains Sunil Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri and S Venkataraghavan, BCCI Joint Secretary M P Pandove, Treasurer N Srinivasan and secretary Niranjan Shah.
“BCCI president Sharad Pawar had said that the coach will be decided in about 10 days and in keeping with his wish, the coach selection panel has expedited the process.The Indian team will definitely have a coach before it embarks on the tour of Australia next month.”
So finally we can hope that Gary will be taking over as Team India Coach and we have a coach. We are not doing Bad either without a Coach!!!
