Hathway Shifting your internet connection
Frustrated! it’s something like a drug addict has been denied drugs! Life without internet is just the same for me. It’s quite hard to make the normal browsing and posting from work as i dont have the FREEDOM for surfing. Each and everything is blocked out at work. Hathway is not listening to me. It’s more than two weeks since we sent email asking hathway broadband services bangalore to shift out internet connection in the same locality just some houses apart and that is taking them ages. We have the solution but then we dont want to illegally tap it. we know the node from where it can be taken All it will take for them is 10 minutes to give us the shifted connection. Everyday we follow up on the same .We call customer care and they tell everyday that they will send their technicion by evening. We Wait for them cancelling all our weekend plans and still they dont turn up. We have no other option other than hathway as venkatapura bangalore has no other broadband service providers. Airtel Broadband services is not fesible in venkatapura area. Only the option left is Tata indicom broadband! 
to be honest Hathway Sucks. The girl who sits their in the customer care thinks shez 2 big about her!!!
