Hi Friends,
I know many people here desperately wants Airtel Broadband connection. Same case with me two months back. I registered on 24/06/2008 for Airtel Broadband connection at Airtel office “Aircom Solutions” next to Domino’s on Cunningham Road, Vasanthanagar (After getting confirmed the feasibility at Ejipura, 19th Cross - thats where i stay). I also made a payment of Rs1000 (Reciept - BA 0100612). After not hearing from them for two weeks, i went to the AIRTEL office to enquire and was told that connection in Ejipura is not feasible (contrary to what they said before registration????). I asked for refund and was told that DD would be sent through post. I dint hear from them for a long time and now its been two months - I am still waiting for DD. Airtel Technical Support personal called BABU - 9972090632 - has been very uncooperative. When ever i called him up, he said “i will get the information and call you right back” but he never calls back. However, i had raised concern regarding REFUND (Request ID 10869040). Hopefully, i hear from them and get back my 1000. After going through my mail, some of you may be aware of the problem i faced and will be cautious of the Refund process. I heard Airtel Broadband connection is fast and good but REFUND process is very very slow…… hahaha —–

I faced the same problem in ramamurthy nager.
It is shame on their part for being not responsible.
I am waiting for the refund from last 1 month.
I was told that I may get airtel connection in a week or so.
I was waiting for either refund or connection (priority for bb connection)

One of the worst ever service that i had is from Airtel.
If you have scremed at a collection agent, he will ensure to be at your doorstep every 1st of the month to make sure you pay the bill and will repeatedly give you calls and harass you.
Also the customer service is at it worst possible.
Never go for airtel.
I wish a compitetor arrives who can take away the business from Airtel.

Airtel says they will provide connection if someone in my apartment or neighbouring apartment ahs a connection. But none nearby hads a connection. Why is it that Airtel doesnt provide connection, even if none nearby has it.
