Reducing the Size of Document with Bitmap Images

Off late i’ve been doing a lot of documentation and this is one kewl tip i found out. Normally in documents you will have to add diagrams which are bitmap (.BMP images) . Lots of bitmap images can increase the size of your document considerably. To reduce the size and still having perfect clarity bitmap images you can use Paste Special -> Bitmap images.
This can to a very large extend reduce your Document size. It can also be applied to Power Point Presentations(PPT’z)
