Shira Barlow lost her cellphone when she was carrying her phone in a back pocket and it fell into a toilet. When she replaced it, her wireless company gave the San Francisco native a new number with a 310 area code rather than 415. The new phone number simply happened to Paris Hilton’s Old phone number. Ever since then her phone is being flooded with messages and calls from Paris Hilton Fans presuming Shira to be Hilton
