Helmet Made Mandatory in Kerala

Kerala last week made compulsory usage of helmet for motorcyclists. This is the fourth time the usage of helmet has been made compulsory in kerala. Earlier three times it was taken off due to the policy that even the pillion driver also had to use the Helmet.
Now it’s said clearly that whomever sits in front while driving the bike has to wear helmet. Guys please not the words “WHO SITS IN FRONT should wear helmet”. Naturally while driving a bike it has to the driver of the bike who has to wear the helmet. If you have no objection on it, take a look at this picture.
