How to Close Comments for a particular Post

This technique is pretty simple but sometimes you tend to think that you need a plugin to do this. If you want to stop people commenting on your posts after a some time or from begining of the publication you can do so from the Write post window.
To the right of the write post screen thr is menu called Discussion. Initially the checkboxes for Allow comments and Allow pings will be checked. You can uncheck them to disable comments in that post.
Once you have unchecked the checkboxes you are done!. You can like this disable comments to any posts in your wordpress. I know this is simple but just writing it down for those people who dosent seen to explore and experiement first.
