How To remove Scratches from your CD
Ive never thought of this to be honest. I thought if i got a lot of scratches in my cd it’s gone, that’s why i always used to make a back in other hard disks of the data i need the most. To my intrest i came across ways to remove scratches from your CD. Ive no idea how effective these methods are, still i would love to share with you
HOW TO REMOVE SCRATCH FROM A CD
1) Horrible gashes, disfiguring a CD that you cherish - can actually be removed by furniture polish. All you have to do is spray a bit of the polish on to the affected area.
Oh my god ive to get furniture polish now!!! Dont worry if you cant find furniture polish we have other ways as well
2) Use Tooth Paste [ intresting isnt it? ]
Apply toothpaste across the affected area and let it dry for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the CD is rinsed with water to remove the tooth paste. And dry the CD with a towel.
When cleaning your CDs use a soft, lint-free cloth and make a single swiping motion from the center of the disc to its rim. Don’t clean in circles
You can also use car wax. Remember in your first attempt trying working on a CD you dont mind loosing or have made a back up, I claim no responsibility. Do it at your risk .DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS IS IN OFFICE(TV show warning changed to office) with office data ,you might loose your job
Letz us know the feedbacks :d
Note: Furnitue Polish does remove scratches, rest toothpaste n stuff just give it a try at your risk
