Hathway Broadband Internet Connection bangalore
We have taken hathway broadband internet connection at the place where i stay(koramangala,bangalore). We (me and my friends) have been using hathway for over 8 months now. For the past 1 month we have been having trouble with the connection with pretty bad support from the people. The connection never stays live for more than 5 minutes. It’s so irritating when your connection is just goin on/off all the time.
The modem is from motorola.Whenever we are back from office and to check our normal mail accounts there wont be net connection. So much damn frustrated about this. We are fed up of calling the customer care. Early in the morning when i get up the connection is always up and blinking well,but then always its late for office to check internet(mails) in the morning.
It’s recommended not to go for hathway in bangalore. The best i believe is airtel broadband. We will be shifting our homes soon as our timeperiod of 1 year deal is fast approaching(typical software engineer life in bangalore) and at our new place hope to take airtel(usually they say all their slots will be filled).

even i am a frustrated user of Hathway. the net is down since 4 days and whenever i call they say ticket is updated and tech team will call you. there is no other contact than the Helpdesk number and mail. ultimately no one responds. Can any of you help me with contact details of some senior guys from them. i want to give them some trouble back.

most horrible service, repeated server failure, slow speed, no connectivity, worst service many complaints given but no proper service no response, sales executives are very rude on telephones, cannot contact any higher official for lodging our grievances, we are helpless, god saves the hath way customers never recommend for anybody check our records for the numbers of complaints given till now. please try to improve your services or otherwise you may have close your services thats the opinion of many hath way broadband users in Bangalore I am feed up of complaining now .I am planning to change over to airtel broadband shortly
